Fresh Fillet removed from fish skeleton, skins removed, fats and red meat trimmed off and fillets cut into portions and finally chilled.
These are available in 165 g to 170 g and 180 g to 240 g packed in good grade polythene sheets, in Styrofoam 3 kg boxes.
